Can I pick up within Sydney?

No sorry we don’t currently offer pick up. 

 

Do you ship interstate

Yes. Shipping prices will be displayed at checkout. Depending on your item and location there may be a small wait to get your item to you, as we use specialised drivers for our large fragile pieces. White glove is also available as an option for those wanting the piece placed and packaging removed. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We are opening up international shipping soon! Please contact us in the meantime for a custom quote. 

 

How do I care for my stone piece?

We have ensured that all of our stone pieces are honed and sealed, so they are quite easy to care for. Simply clean with a warm damp cloth and use a gentle soap.

If you are interested in a protectant or more powerful cleaner against stains, we recommend the Lithofin stone care range.

We do not provide returns for stains or chips as these are considered wear and tear of your natural material.

Do you have a display showroom?

Unfortunately we don’t have a showroom currently, but if you are unsure about any items we are always happy to provide additional imagery other than what is showcased online, just ask.
